• Payment information: handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive and store a subscription/customer reference ID and subscription status, but not your full card number.
• Content you post: anything you write in the Locker Room community is stored and associated with your account.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically for security and to keep the Service running.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide and maintain the Service, including verifying subscriber access to gated content.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send the newsletter and other service-related communications, if you're a subscriber.
• To moderate the Locker Room and enforce our Terms of Service.
• To improve the Service and understand how it's used.

4. Third-Party Services

We share limited information with the following third parties, each of which has its own privacy practices:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — newsletter and transactional email delivery.
• YouTube — Live Q&A streams are embedded from YouTube; if you interact with an embedded stream, Google's own privacy policy applies to that interaction.
• Hatchable — our hosting and application infrastructure provider.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and billing reference information for as long as your account is active, and for up to 90 days after cancellation for recordkeeping purposes. Locker Room posts remain visible unless you request removal or delete your account. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
